Pine Park, Inc. is a Delaware corporation and is referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Pine Park,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us”.   Pine Park is committed to respecting the privacy of our visitors and users (collectively, “Users” or “you”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information in connection with your use of any Pine Park website, including www.pineparkhq.com, portal, mobile application, software, social media page, service, tools or otherwise connect with us offline such as via telephone (these activities are collectively referred to as the “Services”).

Information We Receive About You.  Like most online service operators, we may collect information about your use of the Services. We collect this information to better understand how visitors use the Services. The Services are intended for adults only and require that Users be at least eighteen years of age to access and purchase from our apparel site, and twenty-one (21) years of age or older to access and use all other Services. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are prohibited from creating a User Account and profile, accessing the Services, and/or placing any orders; and only individuals over the age of twenty-one (21) may access Services and place any orders for cannabis products.
